Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, hugs have become a distant concept to us humans. Social distancing is all we do today. But luckily, these cute dogs don’t have to feel the same way. They can still safely hug each other all, thanks to Wallace the Corgi.
When Wallace, the one-year-old Corgi, goes on his daily walks, you would be lucky enough to be in his way because this baby incredibly loves hugging dogs and humans. According to Raminick, his hooman, this sweet Corgi loves to stop and embrace his doggy friends if they would let him.
Raminick says that Wallace has always been an angel. He loves giving kisses to any consenting human and would always invite his furry friends to play. This includes his best friend, Daisy the Great Dane, whom he loves to hug and play with even if his whole body weighs as much as Daisy’s paw.
Wallace loves warm cuddles and playing fetch with Raminick every day. Being an affectionate huggable baby, this pupper never fails to make the people around him fall in love with his cuteness. Corgis are known to be a clingy breed and Wallace surely lives up to that truth.
Heartwarming as it is, you would be surprised to learn that Raminick never taught Wallace how to hug. This was not a trick that this pup learned. It is simply just how Wallace is. He does this whenever he feels excited when he sees a friendly hooman or a fellow doggo and would give you the biggest smile.
This puppy’s tight squeeze is all we need right now. We surely miss receiving warm hugs since the pandemic started, but seeing a cute pupper like Wallace can surely make you feel brighter during these times. Who can even say no to a hug from a furry friend?
