In the video, the adorable pup named Lili is seen snatching the rug away from the hallway so that her grandmother could pass through easily. When Lili’s human mom saw this for herself, she couldn’t be any prouder of her kind fur-child.

Lili’s human mom regularly takes care of the 86-year-old grandmother, who gets around the house using a wheelchair because her leg was amputated. But with the rugs constantly in the way, the grandmother sometimes faced difficulty moving around.

The pooch noticed the hardship her human grandmother was going through, and couldn’t stand her to suffer more. It was then that she decided to help the household by constantly keeping an eye on grandma and making sure she gets around the house easily.

When Lili first removed the rugs which were in the way of grandma, her family thought this was but a mere coincidence! But as it turns out, they just hadn’t realized that Lili was taking care of their grandmother alongside them.

As Lili regularly did this heartwarming gesture, her family soon noticed that Lili was a natural at being a caregiver. Lili’s story left many people online paw-inspired as it highlights the caring nature of dogs. It’s a touching reminder that dogs will always look after those around them – and especially those who need it.
